I went to see Terry Fator last evening. He is a ventrilquist that won america's got talent in 2007. I followed that show, he is remarkably talented. He has been doing this since he was 12 and I am safe to say, that he is late 30's early 40's. He had said on the america's got talent that he had tried to put on a show here in Vegas and only 1 person came, to it. Well I am safe to say the room was packed. And if we had ,to of paid for the tickets it was a show that was worth the money. And I don't think 50 to see anyone is worth it. lol But my friend drives transit it so we got in free. They do that on certain shows. As I was looking around at this crowded room and all the clapping and so on going on. I am telling you this man not only ventriliquists, he impersonates people and duets at same time. And you see nothing moving, and he is moving hands and so on. You have to see it if you can sometime.

I was really enjoying the show and then here comes his assistant, it is a very nice looking young lady. And she had like a 2 peice something or another on. Everytime she was on stage she had on a different outfit. And I thought to myself, here they took a wholesome show and had to exploit a woman. I do not know whose idea it was, but for sure can't we see something without indoindos in it. Not sure if I spelled that right or not. Then we wonder why we have people in this world doing what they are doing and feeling the way they feel. Anyways off my soap box.
In all it was a good show.

Now I have a heartfelt prayer request, #1 for this nation. The 3 weeks I have been out here, I have noticed not just 1 house but 2plus in 1 block are empty. Then last week we went to a show and the lady told us that was her last night 30 cocktail waitress's received lay off papers. Then I was talking to a lady in a nail salon, and she has a friend who is human resource man at the Hilton and they laid 400 off last week. This saddens my heart, and since I have been out here there has been at least 2 couples that I have heard on news who have killed their selves. Do to foreclosures, jobless and so on. Kathi will not take me to the part of town where men, women and children are sleeping on the streets. She said it will make me cry. Well it makes me cry knowing they are there. It is just so sad. I was talking to a lady last night as we were waiting to go see the show, and she said it is bad here. And she works for the state of Neveda and they are trying to rid state jobs even. I said it is sad, that most these people that you see here in Vegas and just not Vegas cause alot of people here traveling. How do they do it, is beyond me. But I am going to be praying that God has his on all. God bless
